User Agreement for Purchase

I would like to purchase a lifelong license agreement to use the web based software, My Real Estate 2000.   I am only obligated to pay a one time fee to use it.   I agree to use the software on only one server and agree not to manipulate, change or share any components, code or intellectual content of My Real Estate 2000.  

I have checked the product I want to purchase below:

My Real Estate 2000 - Basic, $625.00     (Payment required before setup)

This package is perfect for those companies who want to take My Real Estate 2000 and insert all their own content in it.  This includes getting the initial package setup on your hosting platform.  It does not include the setup of your hosting service.  Your hosting account will need to be established before we can install My Real Estate 2000 on your hosting platform.  We will need your style preference and a nice clean digital image of your companies logo.

My Real Estate 2000 - Premium, $825.00     (50% deposit required before setup)

This package is perfect for those companies who are busy and want My Real Estate 2000 to COMPLETELY insert all your content on the pages.  This includes getting the initial package setup on your hosting platform.  It does not include the setup of your hosting service.  Your hosting account will need to be established before we can install My Real Estate 2000 on your hosting service.

We will need your style preference and a nice clean digital image of your companies logo.  We will also need for you to summarize the information you want placed on your web pages.  Through your password protected Administration page, we will get the initial web site set up with your information placed in it.  This package includes the placement of the your first 10 properties for 24/7 viewing on your web site.     

My Real Estate 2000 - Custom, $ Price Based on Design $       (50% deposit required before setup)

This package works for those companies that need additional functionality in My Real Estate 2000.  Pricing is based on your One on One needs to get the programming completed.  We will be glad to discuss your particular requests in detail to get a proposal worked up for you.   This includes getting the initial package setup on your hosting platform.  It does not include the setup of your hosting service.

We will apply the programming required to customize your web site.  We will also need your style preference and a nice clean digital image of your companies logo.  We will also need for you to summarize the information you want placed on your web pages.   Through your password protected Administration page, we will get the initial web site set up for you with your information completely in place.  This package includes the placement of the your first 10 properties for 24/7 viewing on your web site.  A custom price will be developed on very your very specific requests for additional programming and customization. 

LICENSE:

* This Limited Use Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee"), the end-user, and MY REAL ESTATE 2000.

By using this software or storing this program on a computer hard drive (or other media), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, and we have already installed this program, please remove it from your system immediately.  

* You may not alter this software in any way, including changing or removing any components.  

* You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce this software to a human perceivable form. You may not modify, rent or resell for profit this software, or create derivative works based upon this software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE HELD TO BE LEGALLY INVALID.

MY REAL ESTATE 2000 WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THIS PROGRAM MAY CAUSE TO YOUR SYSTEM.

MY REAL ESTATE 2000 MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, THAT THIS PROGRAM WILL WORK CORRECTLY WITHOUT ERRORS OR WITHOUT BUGS. IF AN ERROR IS FOUND IN THE PROGRAM, MY REAL ESTATE 2000 DOES NOT HAVE THE OBLIGATION TO FIX IT AND IS ONLY OBLIGATED TO A FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASING AND USING THE SOFTWARE.

THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAN CHANGE WITHOUT YOUR NOTIFICATION, SO, YOU MUST CHECK PERIODICALLY ON OUR WEBSITE FOR ANY CHANGES OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT, OR YOU CAN SEND AN EMAIL TO MY REAL ESTATE 2000 AND ASK FOR THE LATEST LICENSE AGREEMENT.
